Dynamics America’s capability statement relies partly on the relevant individual past experience of, James P. Low, the principal of the Dynamics America team.

America’s largest insurer, AIG, and several other top-named businesses frequently call on James P. Low, (Dynamics America’s President, CEO and Director of Consulting Services & Program Management), to assist them in getting their messages to key decision makers in American Industry.  They do this because Mr. Low provides results.  In 2002, the Export-Import Bank hired Mr. Low’s former company, Dynamics, Inc. to identify thirty-five major associations and six industry groups to support the agency’s efforts to expand U.S. exports.  Mr. Low’s efforts achieved the identification and support of thirty-nine associations covering the six industry groups.  The CIA hired Dynamics, Inc., to provide internationally-related information services.  Over the last ten years, USAID has relied on Mr. Low’s services on five occasions.  Under one contract he worked directly for USAID’s Administrator in efforts to inform the public about the important functions of the agency.  On another contract he evaluated Jamaica’s tourism industry infrastructure and provided recommendations to the U.S. Ambassador about methods geared to assist Jamaica in expanding tourism.   Mr. Low evaluated the voluntary organizations and associations of both Egypt and Kenya for USAID in an effort to increase American investment.
