James P. Low, Chair, Pres. and CEO, Dir. of Association Affairs, has over 35 years of relevant experience in providing expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling to agencies.  He is a former President of the American Society of Association Executives, the nation’s preeminent society of association executives.   Major national associations recognize him as a management and communications expert.  Numerous federal agencies have relied on him to assess policy information strategies and facilitate public information approaches to hard to reach constituencies. 

John Vickerman, Director of Media and Association Affairs, is the president of The Association Company, Inc., an association management and consulting company.  He has served as head of a number of national and international associations, including the Association of Business Products Manufacturers, Post-Press Manufacturers Association, International Conference Industry Association, and Neurofibromatosis, Inc.  He was a principal in the Washington public affairs firm of Vickerman & Schultz, Inc., and after receiving his Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri was a newspaper writer and editor.  He was the first Director of Public Affairs at the American Society of Association Executives, and has performed several media/public information -related projects for USAID.

Lori Low, Sect., Gen. Counsel, & Contract Officer, is the Corporate Counsel and Branch Manager  for Security Financial Corporation.   She is responsible for reviewing all corporate contracts, monitoring compliance issues and implementing quality control initiatives.  Ms. Low is an expert on implementation of new Federal statutes and regulations concerning acquisition reform initiatives, performance-based contracts, simplified acquisition procedures, best value and procurement integrity. She authored a manual on application of the cost realism analysis.
