Dynamics America prides itself on providing our clients with the highest-quality work product.  We are able to achieve this goal through a variety of internal mechanisms, which include:

        A principal or senior associate is responsible for the final work product of the company.  In the majority of cases, a principal or senior associate undertakes the task.  In any case where an associate or junior associate works on a project, a principal or senior associate will review the work product before it is sent to the client.

        In cases where Dynamics America uses subcontractors, Dynamics America is responsible for the subcontractors  final work products.   In addition, Dynamics America is the primary point of contact for any work product to ensure that the client is dealing with an individual from Dynamics America regarding any work product.
        
        When outside costs are involved, Dynamics America will seek at least two bids from outside vendors comparing costs, timeliness and quality control.

A principal of Dynamics America is assigned responsibility for each account.  It is that principal’s responsibility to manage the workload of the account to ensure that Dynamics America employees and/or subcontractors are able to execute the work product at the agreed upon timetable.  If a client encounters a problem with the work product, timeliness or other matters, the principal responsible for the account will work with the client to address and solve any areas of concern. 
In many cases, a client needs immediate assistance with a project.  In these instances, Dynamics America will work with the client to ensure that their project needs are met.  Whether it involves overtime or hiring a subcontractor, Dynamics America will make every effort to assist the client.  However, if it appears that Dynamics America cannot provide the client with a quality product in the required time frame then Dynamics America will communicate this to our client.
The bottom line - Dynamics America’s success is based on quality control and client satisfaction.  In fact, they are the principles upon which our company was founded.  They include:        
        
        Experienced professionals dedicated to each client - Dynamics America makes a commitment to each of our clients that one or both of Dynamics America ‘s principals will be involved in the day-to-day management of their account. We are proud of the accomplishments and abilities of our associates but we believe the responsibility of teaching and mentoring our associates is ours - not our clients.

        Sensitivity to client costs - Our reasonable rates and fees provide us with the opportunity to work with those clients with whom we feel we can make a difference. Dynamics America is able to keep costs reasonable for our clients because we keep an eye on the bottom line.

        Proactive outreach to our clients - We never stop looking for ways to get our clients' message across. Our clients retain us because they know that we are constantly working to achieve their desired results.

        We don't make promises we can't keep - We focus on the most productive and cost-effective strategies for our clients. And we are careful not to over-promise results - we will not take on a project unless we are 100% confident that we can deliver.

        Our success is measured by referrals and ongoing business with satisfied clients - At Dynamics America we have learned that the easiest way to generate new business is to keep your current clients happy with your work.
